Standing Seam

Standing seam metal roofing is one of the most durable and long‑lasting roofing systems available. Instead of exposed screws, it uses raised interlocking seams that “snap” or “lock” together, creating a sleek, modern look and exceptional weather protection.

Because there are no exposed fasteners, standing seam roofs dramatically reduce the risk of leaks, making them ideal for high‑wind, heavy‑rain, and storm‑prone areas. They’re energy‑efficient, low‑maintenance, and built to last 40–70 years with proper installation.

AG panel roofs are a more economical metal roofing option commonly used on barns, shops, and some residential structures. They feature exposed fasteners, which makes them more affordable upfront but also means they require more maintenance over time.

Because the screws penetrate the roof surface, AG panels are more prone to leaks as the fasteners age, loosen, or the rubber washers deteriorate. For this reason, we do not install AG panel roofs on homes, as they do not meet our standards for long‑term protection and storm durability.

Asphalt shingles are the most common residential roofing system in the U.S. due to their affordability, versatility, and wide range of styles and colors. Modern shingles offer strong wind ratings, algae resistance, and improved impact protection — especially architectural or laminated shingles.

Shingle roofs typically last 20–30 years depending on the product and weather exposure. They’re a great option for homeowners who want a reliable, cost‑effective roof that blends well with almost any home style.
